By engaging Areva Systems for IT support, repairs, or custom builds, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Data Loss & Liability
While we take every precaution to preserve your data, Areva Systems is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during diagnostics or repair. We strongly recommend that you back up your data before bringing your device to us.
2. Warranty Policy
We stand behind our work. Our warranty terms are as follows:
- Custom Builds: 1-year labor warranty. Parts are subject to individual manufacturer warranties.
- Repairs: 30-day warranty on labor. Hardware replacements are subject to part manufacturer warranties.
- Exclusions: Warranty is void if the device shows signs of liquid damage, physical impact, or tampering by another party after our service.
3. Unclaimed Devices
Due to storage limitations, any device left unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification of completion (or unrepairability) will be considered abandoned. Areva Systems reserves the right to recycle or dispose of abandoned property to recover costs.
4. Estimates & Payment
Initial consultations and quotes are free. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash and bank transfer. Devices will not be released until payment is cleared.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not browse your files unless explicitly required for data recovery purposes. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
